Materials in other languages

Tårnby Public Libraries offer materials to non-Danish-speaking people of all ages. The materials are located at the main library at Kamillevej 10, 2770 Kastrup.

The main library offers fiction in the following languages:

• Arabic
• Kurdish
• Persian
• Polish
• Russian
• Somali
• Thai
• Turkish
• Urdu
• Tigrigna

You will also find books in English, German and French and some in Spanish and Italian and you can borrow language courses with CDs, DVDs or CD-ROMs to learn Danish. Those you will find here.

Furthermore you have online access to 250 newspapers from 55 countries from the database PressReader.
